Isn't the issue here not the modern appearance of the existing new house, but that the original planning permission limited its height to a single storey, but now they're coming back for another bite to try and add the extra level after all?

Looks way better than the previous incarnation of those prefab row of single garages.I personally think it blends in well, and it's not a tower block which is becoming prevalent in other parts of the borough.

Personally, I think it looks ok. Better something different, i.e. good modern design IMO, than a mawkish recreation of Victorian spec-built housing.

Where is the nearest newsagent to the property? The law requires that the notice of the application must be published in a newspaper circulating in the area. If the Ealing Gazette is not available locally then the notice is not compliant with the law.
