Gutter/Roof repair recommendations?

Thanks to our lovely weather the past couple of months, what was once a drip is now a downpour (slight exageration). Does anyone know of a good roofer who can reach the top floor of a four storey Victorian house?TIA

Hi Try Arglye Roofing, many estate agents use them as do I. They won't force repairs on you and will honestly tell you what is required and what isn't.They do estimates once a week and do get busy but it is worth it for trustworthy companies.
