It’s started LTN

And so chaos starts. So far NO signs at start of Eccleston road to warn people and so they allow them to travel 99% of the way around the one way system to sudden reach a dead end at start of Felix Road. Tiny space and constant  stream of cars doing 3 point turns up on pavements while parents and children queue from the gate of St. John’s school. It’s bearly lite at night so expecting least one near miss or worse later. Now I have double the amount of traffic as they are have to double back and risk being run over outside my flat while they all trying get around each other. Two motor bikes and one bike already had close call with 3 cars trying reverse and then trying to swerve around. Low traffic neighbours ha. More traffic jams and more accidents. Hope it’s not anyone kids.

Instead of introducing foolhardy schemes, here’s one for you Mr Bell.Pitshanger Lane by North Ealing School.The road is flooded.Has been for months, years so don’t blame recent storm Alex.Pedestrians & householders swamped in floodwaters.Forget foolhardy LTNs & the thousands, if not millions on ridiculous paving work.Sort out the basics

Does a council have a legal right to discriminate and interfere with peoples livelihoods?Should residents withhold council tax for every £ this costs them for meddling without due consultation?

I’ve no idea but not going get much sleep tonight with all the extra noise. Forcing selected postcodes to go car free or hideous journeys must breech some sort of equality act? If they stopped all traffic coming in would be something. But let them go in all way round till the last corner then send them back!???!

What realistically can be done about them?The 1 in Culmington Rd is only on hold, I can’t see it being permanently abandoned.Even if Bell, Sabiers Mahfouz did lose their powers, the next lot might be as bad.Perhaps legal action, but of course financing that would cost untold
