Remembering Gerry Tan: Forum stalwart.

Many readers of this Forum will remember dear Gerry..who was a very popular forum contributor. He organised all manner of "meet ups" and his presence kept these local forums alivewith his 8000+ postings.He died some yesrs bsck...and today would have been his birthday (88th).Best wishes to his family and friends.Gerry Tan... always will be remembered.

Though Linda and I moved to Dorset 12 years ago we still look up EalingToday and would often find Gerry's name in the list of contributors. We have happy memories of time spent in his company along with others from that period (Jim for one) sometimes for a curry or pub meetup. Sadly missed.

Veery sadly missed and I remember well the meet-ups at Cafe Grove.
