It wasn't in jest at all, a mixed 'small club'/ community development could be just what is needed for Warren Farm.The council could lease it to the club at a nominal cost (rather than giving it away on a 200 year lease) on the proviso that there is active community engagement with, as example, shared facilities.

It does seem very strange to have a big hoo-hah about building an new stadium and not specifying where it might be. Not sure whether the Warren Farm suggestion was made in jest but it is hard to think of many other viable sites in the area.
