Gordon House Surgery - No online booking?

When I log on to https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/Login?PracticeId=E85026 I find that I can no longer book appointments (this practice does not offer this service).Anyone know what that's about?

If they let us make online bookings you just know that some idiot with Covid symptoms would make one and turn up at the surgery and maybe put it out of action for a fortnight.

Ahhh, that explains it, thanks.I assumed all appointments were now telephone-only and that was what I expected/hoped to book.Chould they re-activate online booking for telephone appointments, and only have people need to phone if they want a face-to-face?

Most GP surgeries are no longer accepting bookings for face-to-face appointments. My local surgery  (Northfields) has not accepted an online booking now for months. You have to call and effectively make a 'telephone triage' appointment for a GP to call you back and decide if you are ill enough to be seen.

Re. 'no longer book online GP appointments'.It's the same situation with the/my GP surgery in Hanwell. The reason given is that the surgery wants to keep patient visits to the practice to a minimum, in response to covid control. To book an appointment, a phone call to reception is required, to 'vet' the importance of the patients' needs.
