Cannot report a dead Fox...

Trying online and on phone for an hour.Badly decomposing, skeleton showing covered in flies, smells awful, under the big tree opposite side of road the Haslemere Avenue W13, allotments.Why can they not make it easy.

There has been a change of waste contractors hasn't there?I understood that a lot if not all of the reported problems on the street go direct to a contractor rather than through the Town Hall.Is this a problem with a changeover?Anyway your Councillors have to be the way to go if you are not getting anything from wherever you are calling.Presumably this is the webpage you found:https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201153/street_care_and_cleaning/220/report_a_street_cleansing_problemDid you click on the green Make a Report bar so that you could make a report? You can find a link to finding your councillors by going to the front page of the website - usually bottom right hand corner.

Many Councils have workers working from home - one reason is that they do not have childcare.I always used to phone Customer Services but due to the tremendous cuts forced on Councils by Govt this is unfortunately a service that has gone.  We are all expected to go online but that doesn't always work and has also been changed several times.Your Councillors are there to deal with these things when you can't get any action from the website etc.This is the page on the website:https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201153/street_care_and_cleaning/220/report_a_street_cleansing_problemIs that the page and telephone number that you used?It leads to the Clean Streets app info and also a page where you can report online on a PC.If this doesn't work then you need to contact your Councillors.  Their info is also on the Council website:https://ealing.cmis.uk.com/ealing/Councillors.aspx

"Love Clean Streets" is the Council's latest recommended phone app for reporting flytipping - whether this includes dead animals I am unsure.

Tried it got nowhere. Left a couple of photos on the Council's Facebook page. It's been there so long that most flesh has decomposed it smells awful.Phone still never worked again. This must go for all council services too, housing repairs etc, Road/Pavements etc...

Does www.fixmystreet.com work for you?  You might get a response.  I thought that someone recently complained that Ealing's app wasn't working.
