Any Update on the Grosvenor Pub in Hanwell?

Since the Grosvenor was refurbished 6 or 7 years ago, it's easily been my favourite London pub. I believe that the current owners won't be able to reopen but does anyone know anything concrete about the future of the place?

I was in last Saturday for a little while, well outside. Some plastic sheets up at the bar, sofas gone and tables further apart where required. Overall pretty relaxed and good to be there.

Im really happy that The Grosvenor has opened again.  Top of my list to visit when I feel ok to start engaging with out out stuff again.  Soon.

There’s a sign on the door saying opening tomorrow so fingers crossed! Great news.

Heavy rumour that the Grosvenor will reopen on Friday evening this week.  Not sure under whose auspices/ownership, but the place has been cleaned and tidied up, so let's hope it will rise again.

I  hope it finds a new owner soon, but it is 'ripe' for residential conversion.The other TRG-owned pub locally (The Roebuck in Chiswick is rumoured to have found a new owner.TRG need to ditch assets to pay the rent on their other chains and get out from under the CVA they entered into just other a month ago which will see over 100 of their sites closing permanently.
