Any word on Ealing Libraries Reopening?

I've seen that other boroughs have announced there plans but if Ealing has I've missed it. It may be a tricky proposition as having got rid of a lot of the paid staff they are reliant on volunteers who may be less inclined to take the risk of working there at the moment.

According to both Party leaders Libraries may have to be made available ASAP to schools. Problem is which ones?
