If we want to improve and "save" the NHS we should CERTAINLY rethink our immigration policy Mr Wilson. If you let everyone and their dog in, plus their numerous offspring (at least one of whom often have a long term health problem), and they have paid nothing into it but are immediately allowed to use it, just what do you expect? It's called Basic Economics, and The National Health Service, not The International Health Service. And a potential solution might arguably be for "New Arrivals" to pay increased NI for say, five years, based upon the number of their dependents, and tapering down over the five years?Off Topic I know, and I apologise, but it's bleedin' obvious why the NHS can't make ends meet. (As well as gross inefficiency.)
