Another tall building at Ealing Broadway

The Planning Committee sadly passed this application despite numerous objections including from Central Ealing Neighbourhood Forum and Ealing Civic Society. Note that it is only an outline planning application at this stage so a further application will be required to determine the detailed design.

Perhaps they would like to put some wind turbines in too.  It may become difficult to walk or cycle along there.

This application came up at the February 19th Ealing Council Planning Committee though there are no minutes up on line for this, so was it passed or was it not? The Ealing Council Planning Database shows it "Pending Consideration" yet the developers are publicising it as "Passed". There appears to be a smaller Premier Inn on this site already (looks like six or seven stories), is this now going to "grow" to 15 storeys?
