Mine went off without warning a couple of weeks ago. Turned out that they were changing my meter, which they kindly let me know AFTER they'd finished.Could have been that.

Thanks, now seems to be back on. Only off for an hour, we were lucky, others go for days.
Thames Water are currently at a 'hole' on Haslemere Avenue.Checking on their website it's a leak and repairs are not due to be completed until tomorrow.https://www.thameswater.co.uk/help-and-advice/issue?id=D308
