A2 Dominion have an appalling record with Tenant care and failure of duty of care towards tenants of modest or restricted means and have had ombudsmen find against them.The Ombudsman though does not have enough teeth and it's not enough to make Housing Groups like A2D to improve and rectify their failings.A charity that deregistered and subsequent directors and executives who awarded themselves huge salary hikes.All helped along with Taxpayers funding.Constant rumours of dubious preferential deals with local authorities.Grace and favour arrangements already well recorded here.Abnormal planning permissions green lighted.And far too close associations with politicians and regeneration officers to be healthy.About time these and others were properly investigated.

A2 Dominion talks a lot about social purpose.One of their social purposes is stuffing their pockets. To put this in context, A2 Dominion paid salaries of over £90,000 to 40 staff members this year. Meanwhile, their chief executive trousered nearly £300,000 in pay and pensions.Who actually pays for all of this? The answer is the poorest people in our communities.A2 Dominion should be ashamed of itself.

Any good reason to be so delphic? If there is an error in the piece it is potentially libellous so rather than drawing attention to it wouldn't it be better to inform the editor privately?

Can't see it. I don't know much about planning regulations but isn't this pretty much black and white? — if any organisation is operating in a way not permitted by the designation of a building they should be subject to enforcement action. Being well connected with Councillors should not provide an exemption, in fact they should be held to a higher standard.
