Ealing & Acton Central - no overseas postal votes

I have just received my postal vote for the General Election from London Borough of Ealing. It contains The postal voting statement attached to envelope A, envelope B , instructions, but NO BALLOT PAPER!Same thing for my wife.I cannot believe it is just us two who are being denied our right to vote.  Is this affecting all ex-Ealing residents?

My error - I have found the ballot paper. A small piece of paper folded over do it appears blank, hidden down in the bottom of the envelope. And I am not the only person who has not been able to see it tucked away.  Really bad design of the voting package.
