Hello Ealing neighbours,We are excited to announce the opening of London’s newest climbing centre! Less than a 5 min walk from Hayes and Harlington station and just a 7 minute train ride from Ealing.The Nest is a state of the art indoor climbing centre, with a workspace, café, gym, and fitness studio all under one roof. Popular not only for its excellent fitness benefits such as being a full body workout and improving flexibility and endurance, climbing is also known to be a great stress reliever with meditative effects. If you have never climbed before - no problem! Our friendly staff can offer a quick introductory course and offer up all their tips and tricks.
