Devastated

The man murdered yesterday at Norwood Green was Allan Isichei (this is now in the public domain).My wife worked with Alan's wife Sandra at Christ the Saviour school for over twenty years.Sandra had been married to Allan for 44 years and they had three children and four grandchildren.I have rarely met a more gentle and humble man who lived for his family, his rugby (he was a vice-President and coach at Wasps) and his music (a wonderful saxophonist and vocalist who regularly gigged locally).I cannot believe that he is gone and became the victim of a senseless murder simply visiting his local pub.Thank you Raj Grover for all of your efforts in trying to save Allan.RIP Allan and my thoughts and prayers are with Sandra and her family.When will the violence stop?

From what you say Mr Brooks, V V sad, and senseless to say the least."When will the violence stop?" - It won't, it is now hard wired into too many individuals who are completely fearless of the law.I have my own opinions on how this has come about and will leave it at that.

To borrow the Biblical expression, we are in the end days. Society is rapidly disintegrating before our eyes, and nobody has a clue how to reverse it. Irreversible moral disintegration. So glad I don't have children.
