9 Woodville Road is becoming a venue for all night weekend parties involving shouting, racing cars, drink, inhaling gas from balloons and probably drug abuse. The property is leased by OYO as a staycation short let apartment block for which planning permission does not appear to have been granted. Has any one else been suffering sleep depravation? Police and Council aware.
