Oops "Please Note: We are currently unable to accept permit renewal applications......................." quote from LBE websiteHowever......"If your permit is expiring shortly you can purchase a new permit by signing into your account." quote as above.Can't make any progress with either and each contradicts the other.perhaps while the council is looking for residents to run its libraries it might like my help in writing proper logical English on its website wot like most people might make head nor tail of. Council points score Zero.
