Hardback books

Morning all.Do any fellow 'forumers' know of a charity shop that actually accepts (nearly) new hardback books?I won't donate to Oxfam and my other two two chosen 'High Street' charities (Cancer Research and BHF) and both overwhelmed with stock and are, as a consequence, not accepting donations at the moment.Any suggestions would be welcome.

Another time there's always the Amnesty International book shop in King Street where both hardbacks and paperbacks are always welcome.

Asha were inundated but The Children's Society Shop (impressively busy when I visited) on Pitshanger Lane were happy to take them.Thanks though everyone for your suggestions.

There is a nice little charity shop in South Ealing Road that accepts books.  Its just moved from a teeny site to merge with another charity shop, nr Hook and Cleaver.

Alternatively there is a book swap at Acton Central station. Doesn't raise any money but allows the book to be read and reread.
