The protests are begining to sound like anarchy .

My greatest fear arises more from the Nuclear Bombs being the threat that will destroy life on our planet. than climatic issues.  That will be the cause of Envronmental destruction around our world.  If it is true that the voting in USA politics were being engineered by influences of russia,could it not give such parties and opportunity to encourage chaotic and well meaning MOBS TOWARDS causing Anarchy here in theUK?

At a discussion last November following a film premiere about a nation which is suffering from the problems that the huge king tides and bigger storms are causing by contaminating their drinking water supply and making their islands uninhabitable - one of the invited speakers was very negative about our chances on earth BUT it was the actually wars that he worried most about bringing life on earth to an end.

Government is failing us.  David Cameron said "cut the green crap" after telling us we would have the greenest government ever.  Government gets lobbied by big business with vested interests.  They should be actively encouraging clean energy.  Our European MPs lobbied the EU to reduce the levels of air pollution considered dangerous.  Our Govt has been taken to Court and has lost twice over the illegal amounts of air pollution here.  Then they had to be taken to task about the report on their plans to deal with it.  They dumped the job on TfL and on the Councils while at the same time reducing their budgets.  When Climate Change was to be debated in the House of Commons there were only a handful of MPs there.  Have you seen any of David Attenborough's programmes about what is happening to the earth?  The peaceful protests are happening all over the world.

Very True. we see with social media extreme attitudes and polarised opinion. we see that mp's are afraid to be honest for fear of getting aggravation from noisy people in their constituency and the russian connections of the leave.eu campaign are also suspicious. A USA with no interest in NATO and a Europe spilt over brexit and unable to function effectively are a dream for Putin. Social Media can gives greater power to the noisy and clever campaigners.
