A&E @ Ealing Saved?

I welcome this news - those guys saved my life a few years back when I had "huge internal bleeding".Good to see common sense.But....How much wasted in consultations and studies?How much LCCE work put on the back burner?How are they going to now invest to bring it kicking and screaming into this century?We need an A&E and need it located there - it needs INVESTMENT.(Oh.... and scrapping the ridiculous road layout on Boston Manor Road so ambulances can move up and down freely like they used to)

I had life-saving treatment at CXH last year and the staff were wonderful but the building is falling down around their ears.

The site is very valuable.  However the government has been selling off NHS buildings and land so which makes it harder.I can't understand why they try to keep cutting down these services (apart from bringing in private American companies who are gagging for contracts). It's interesting when there are investigations into who in parliament has connections to private healthcare companies.

I was at Charing Cross yesterday morning, It was one of their consultants that discovered my problem was down to incompatibility between my human genes and my neanderthal genes. The hospital has an outstanding heartbeat that is second to none.The consultant had an office in a converted broom cupboard. The Cross has been undergoing a building upgrade. They have new lifts and new outpatients area. The building itself is outdated and needs a replacement. While everyone inside shows extreme outstanding brilliance, the building itself is an issue.

and Charing Cross Hospital so I hear.But the must have wasted millions which could have gone into improving the hospitals.Will this be the government that has wasted the most money in its attempts to save money?
