Legal help needed

We’re looking for a law firm to help with a family (not ours) dispute about a will.  Basically although two family members have been appointed as executors one is denying the other access to information and to sight of the will.  This person also states that probate is not required   As the estate includes a house in Hanwell this seems extremely unlikely!Do you know of anyone who could advise our friend on legal matters and how to gain the co-operation of the fellow executor?  A firm called DH Law based in Hanwell has been mentioned – one of their partners was ‘Lawyer of the Year’ or some such last year.  Has anyone used them and could recommend?THX

THX v much for this.  My husband has now found a solicitor's practice with experience in this area and has put our friend in contact with them.  We're now stepping aside and leaving them to get on with it!Family disputes are always the worst...

Thelma, I have had very good service regarding my husband's will and estate from Elnora Terakopian at Owen White and Catlin in Chiswick. My case wasn't in dispute, but she does specialise in family wills and is very efficient, experienced and understanding.

I used them  with a fixed fee & left them to get on with job in hand.This was about 5 years ago.As I was entirely reliant on them I was annoyed when they wanted to up the fee due to wranglings.
