Is this the way to presnt Service ?
I am sure this struck many for what it was meant to achieve? This is what i am I am talking about.The council advertises phone contact Numbers for local residents to Use like this????------"IN A FEW WORDS TELL US WHY YOU ARE PHONING for"------And you can bet your bottom dollar that the recording will keep you waiting for a response and keep avoiding any queery other than the word that is prearranged to recognise. Finally referring you to seek assistance "ON LINE"......The caller HAS NO CHANCE OF BEING HEARD. The caller is left having spent time without any success. Elderly people are left helpless as the only line available for use "Is the Clothes Line.
