I see That after all the existing business / shops were cleared out, the agents are now advertising for tenants!!Has the bottom dropped out of the flat building market?

The developers aren't starting until April next year as some of the leases on the shops don't expire until the end of March. They are looking for short term tenants rather than leave the site empty. They have been hit with a huge rubbish clearance bill after travellers filled the site with waste.

I saw that sign and wondered the same thing. It would be great if this horrible project were stopped but it's probably only a delay
