I dont kwow what to Make of it.

My friend and i went shopping at  ealing Bwy on a cold evening last fortnight  Pot of Tea seemed the nice thing to have and we sat down to order the warm drink that was enough for Two Cups. To my surprise I learned that I could help my self to a knife,a spoon or a plate but NOT a spare clean Cup to share the Pot of Tea. I had to order another Pot of Tea if i needed the Pot of drink to share.I did not want another two cups going leftover as I was afraid i would Need to inspect the plumbing very soon after / sorry i meant the Toilets. Had i been several years younger i would not have hesitated tospeak my mind .Mean & Sad restaurant with a well known name for just that

I always drink all the tea in the pot - but it is true that is the only time that you get two cups of tea without the two cups.  It is quite possible that you just asked the wrong person.  We have to learn to be more forthright in our requests or we always will get what they want us to have instead of what we really want!

It is now quite a usual thing (for other reasons) to take your own cup with you to drink from rather than have an unrecyclable cup from the establishment.Maybe they need to see a few people turn up with their own cups...
