Deadline: Ealing Town Hall disposal

Cut-off date for objections is today. There appears to be a major stumbling block about selling this asset. Some of the building was built by public subscription and any income used to support local charity work. The accounts may have not been properly kept and properly kept separate from the council parts of the building. A reconciliation might cost £millions. Mastercraft won't touch that.
