i agree - ask some local decorators. It would impossible to say without a site visit, as so much depends on what actually needs doing, and also repairing ie windows, door frames, exterior conditions, choice of products. Also bear in mind that painting the exterior of a property is not a Winter job. It needs to be done in fairly dry, warmish conditions. The decorator will tell you about scaffolding options.
