Planning Website - information withheld - access to information obstruction.
Ealing Council was very slow to publish Public Comments made in response to notices of planning applications and still do not do this properly apart from obstructing Access to Information.Other Councils such as Harrow Council, Richmond Council, Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Elmbridge Borough Council have published Public Comments for years providing the names & addresses of the property owners/occupiers making their Public Comments. However, Ealing Council merely gives the name of the person making the comment without stating from which property the comment has originated, which renders the comments ineffective.
