Objectors' spokesman prevented from Public Speaking at Planning Committee!!

On 18th October 2017, Mr Andrew Mitchell, who had duly registered to speak on behalf of Objectors to a "backgaden" development at 1 Golden Manor, Hanwell at the Planning Committee was prevented from speaking by the Chair, Cllr. Steve Hynes - because the developer had not shown up.In all my 31 years of attending Planning Committee Meetings in this Borough, I have never seen such a thing and on the contrary Cllr.
