Framfield Road.
From the mid-1930's until I married in 1959 I lived opposite St. Aidan's Hall in Greenford Avenue. In those times Framfield Road was a quiet residential street where we kicked tennis balls about. As a youngster I almost lived in the Hall as a member of the 1st Hanwell Cubs and Scouts and later as a member of the social club held there.Now as an 83 year-old resident in New Zealand the article brought back memories of those times.John Chant.
