Sink-hole threatens Warwick Road

Deceptive pot-hole turns out to be a sink-hole on Warwick Road near University of West London. Cordoned-off small-hole in new-surfaced road has big-chamber under it. Worth inspecting. What has caused it? Collapsed sewer? Water leak?How can I put the pic on here?

On my way home today I noticed the sinkhole had returned. A nice circular dustbin-lid sized round hole in the centre of the newly replaced tarmac in exactly the same place. There must be something very deep under it to collapse again?
