Missed food bin collection - reported but not actioned

Food bin not emptied again and despite it being reported within the timescale - nothing done. In this weather it's a real nuisance - what can be done to escalate the reminder?Thanks.

They were pretty good when I complained a couple of months ago. A Council employee in a van came round the same evening at around 6.00. And that was when it was definitely still winter. I second emailing your local councillor/s.

Give them two shots at it and then, if not collected, e-mail your local councillor(s) copying in Bassam Mahfouzbassam.mahfouz@ealing.gov.uk
