Travellers - Kendal Avenue

Just seen a group of travellers are camped out in Kendal Avenue. Do the council know I wonder? There doesn't seem to be a way of reporting it on the website. I read a group of travellers are responsible for the vandalising and dumping on Ealing Tigers football pitch. It's a heartbreaking sight.
