I have had a call from this Brighton firm offering to get my council tax band lowered. As they wanted card details up front I backed off. Anyone had dealings with these people?

The fact is I was a councillor when the valuation was first done and I reckoned we had got off lightly Quick look down a road and all placed in one band.

There are several firms offering this service, but if you think your property is in the wrong band check with your regional Valuation Office (it was Harrow when I checked)

No personal involvement Graham but googling them, they look to be on the edge of the law. Employees not too happy with their workplace.
