Ealing Council Accused Of Incompetence
Kingdom, the Councils private enforcers have apparently apologised to the lady fined for littering (coffee down drain) & descibed it as a one off. Seemingly they dont take into consideration the Hanwell lady dined for flytipping outside her house, em thats 2!!Anyway in Pitshanger Lane there is now a resident warden patrolling. For the last 2 weeks at least he has been seen every day.Another easy target money making excercise, where there are no major problems - apart from numerous double decker buses every few minutes & everything ticks along nicely, shoppers & shopkeepers happy alike.I suspect the new CPZ planned regardless of peoples wishes has something to do with this
