Arttn Quick Ealing Council Mahfouz

Went to West Ealing today, Alexandria Rd, Drayton Green Rd & had to queue (6 cars) to turn towards Waitrose. Quite often there is queuing traffic at this roundabout or junction.On the way back the lights were out, touch. No queues, tailbacks or congestion leading to pollution, traffic flowed frteely & safely.This was a minor junction made into a major one at the building of Waitrose & a few brown envelopes passing hands.Mahfouz, hurry get the lights on you are not causing disruption or polllution.Councils & TFL cause congestion
