Tube Strike
Belated support for underground workers over Tuesdays strike. As a customer I want people not machines. As another post discussed regarding Oyster cards, machines dont work, there needs to be a person or people to talk to. Especially in this day & age of terrorism.There are visitors to our shores with little English, we need high profile presence as has been proven with the police, a high viz vest, easily recognisable & contactable.In prepared to pay extra in my fares so long as it doesnt+ go to managers or fat cats for this service, same in all fields, banks, supermarkets
