Pathways proposal.

There will be an exhibition at St John's church in Mattock Lane this Saturday 12 November from 2-6pm.The Charity Pathways will be showing their revised plans for a development on the allotments including a 5-6 storey building for social housing and four houses for sale to pay for the development. I'm surprised that the Council considering they seem to have such a good relationship with the big developers of all the big blocks can't come up with some deal.  Losing all the precious green space should not be an option.  It seems to be a better idea to build flats on top of supermarkets as Tesco has announced they want to do recently in a deal with developers. Plenty of parking and plenty of space. They'll have to sort out the commercial/housing mix and noisy early deliveries and bin emptying though.

The allotments on the West side were turned into horrible buildings, it would be a real shame to develop this site at all.

its wrong, Is nothing sacred, there should be no building on that site whatsoever
