As long as the vehicle is not breaking any laws they are entitled to park where and when they like.There are, undoubtedly, too many cars for the residential spaces available. So it becomes first come, first served.And, Mr. Yale, what if you were to visit friends or family for a day or two, or even longer, travelling in your car.Where would you park it? Outside someone elses house perchance.
