Co Op Bank Ealing

Can anyone recommend a good Ealing bank??Co Op Ealing BDWY are useless1) The previously perfectly easy to use internet banking has changed & is baffling now. ( I DONT want a card reader, a/c number sort code, 2 of my 4 pin & secret question worked for years)2) Plenty of suits in branch milling around offering "help" but cant accept cash while only 2 tills at most ever open3) Cash & cheque paying in machine been OOO for weeks, months4)In order to try & keep some kind of track of monies going in & out, mostly out.telephone banking system hard to contact, often on hold if you can get through & at who knows what cost?Loathe Co Op Bank

Try First Direct, been with them for years, internet banking easy and get through to a person on the telephone within seconds. You also have the benefit of using HSBC bank to pay in. You will however be given a unit key pad to access your online account, which is easy to navigate. hope this helps
