Old Greengrocer Spooner of Ealing

Does anyone know of an old Greengrocer in Ealing Called Spooner. There was some reference to a Spooner living in Bayham rd west ealing.1911William Spooner - greengrocer, worker.  Age 26 living at 11 Bayham Road West Ealing.There is a photo of the Spooner grocer. How odd. A very dear friend of mine for over 30 years sadly died suddenly 3 years ago. His name was William spooner (Billy) though was nearly 65 and worked for 30 year's for tfl. Sadly Billy s funeral couldn't take place until 6 months after he died as nobody could find any living relatives. He was from Cardiff. Would be very interested in any information you come across pleaseDonna

I might be wrong but the building appears to be two storeys high with some form of decorative ironwork at parapet level.
