Recommendation for a careers cousellor please

I'm looking for a good counsellor for a young adult who is struggling to find a direction for work. The Job Centre hasn't been helpful so I think it will have to be a private company but have no idea where to find someone reputable. Has anyone used a service like this and could you recommend?Thanks
