When will Ealing Muslim condemn the daily killings?

If someone went into a mosque and beheaded somebody , after all the daily atrocities in Nice , Germany etc we would be hanging our heads in shame , marching etc.Where are the Ealing Muslims condemning these daily barbaric acts ????????

That is why the youngsters all use Facebook! Instant gratification is what everyone wants.  Posting photos on here or making direct links has not been mastered by very many people.We just have to make more effort by using Control C and highlighting and Control P and pasting into our browsers to read the referenced items.  It depends how much you want to discuss the subject!

How stupid of me. I simply tried to introduce a different viewpoint to expand the discussion - I now realise should have waited for one of the many Muslim folk on this thread to say something ... It would be impossible for me to have expressed this opinion for one obvious reason, so I can only apologise for wasting your time. Exactly DB, however its THE biggest taboo subject. Rather than face & discuss the issues anyone saying a word slightly opposed to these groups are labelled, completely unfairly

I have only one thing to say on this...Religion is the root of all evil.Politics and money very close seconds and thirds.I am therefore grateful that I dont live next door to a radical Muslim who is my local Bank Manager and a representative on the local council.PEACE!

Dennis, nobody on this thread has called you a right wing racist skinhead.What you are being criticised for is effectively being a tool of Islamic State by responding to these events in the way that you are doing. It is not decent or reasonable of you to demand that after every terrorist atrocity any where in the world every Muslim should perform an act of public apology.In Normandy there have been the kinds of demonstrations that you insist upon as local Muslims spontaneously showed support for the murdered priest. There was a very close relationship between the Catholic Church and Muslims in that area  which included the donation of land to build a Mosque.As I have tried to explain to you before regardless of their ethnic origin nearly every single Muslim in Ealing will have far more reason to hate and despise Islamic State than we do. They do not need to prove this to you every time Islamic State commits an atrocity.

No wonder Brexit voted yes in regard to comments so far! We cannot comment on atrocities by Muslims without being called racist ! I thought decent Ealing Muslims would organise a Unity meeting outside for example a Christian church ! As usual if I dare suggest this reasonable suggestion , the left wing middle class Luvvies call me a right wing skinhead racist

Rock the boat? Why do we always have to tread on eggshells over any muslim topic??When will we deal with the issues instead of pussyfooting around. How many more attrocities have to take place & its not a question of if but when.Noone dare say a word about their prophets,the national anthem is banned in a cinema film showing, crucifix wearing is a no no.Thats why there is resentment & the rise in hate crimes.We need to deal with the problem. instead we bury our heads.Muslim groups must have an idea which are the rotten eggs & expose them. ( I could point out places & people of interest to the police in my society),Those wishing to travel to Syria,fine just dont allow them backBrexit was a protest vote & events proved it a correct decision since. There is a massive problem & only getting worse yet we do nothing for fear of offending

Ealing has a very well integrated multi-faith community and I don't think that anyone needs to say anything. We get on well together in Ealing regardless of faith, creed, or colour, and I am expecting it to stay that way. Please don't rock the boat

Dennis, I did answer your point. You don't seem to have understood what I was saying. I'll try putting it another way. You are assuming that there is some sort of cohesive Muslim community in the area. In Ealing as elsewhere what you think of a 'the Muslims' are made up of a diverse range of nationalities and outlooks with a very broad spectrum of views. If you went up to one of your Turkish or Syrian neighbours and asked him to apologise for what happened in Rouen I would hope they would have the restraint not to punch you in the face and rather point out that their compatriots have been dying in significant numbers fighting the Islamic State. Your Pakistani or Somali neighbours might be less inclined to lamp you one but would draw your attention to the high death toll that Islamic State has inflicted on their countries and ask you why they should be apologising for the act of a French Algerian who claims to represent their sworn enemies. They would assume it is self-evident that they would find what this youth did disgusting and not fail to notice that your request contains quite an unpleasant insinuation.As I said first off, it is PRECISELY Islamic State's intention to get people who share their simplistic understanding of the way the world works to raise the kind of question you have.Simon, I entirely disagree with your point of view that discussions like this should be suppressed. Certain opinions should not go unchallenged.

What would you like them to do?  A page in the Gazette? A spot on the local news? A light aircraft with a banner on the back of it flying round london?Just because it's not in the Daily Mail, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Dennis, you need to pause for thought for a moment and consider what Islamic State is trying to achieve by encouraging people to carry out these sort of attacks.The whole point of them is to cause outrage and sow division within Europe. They have a very binary world which seeks to pit Muslim against Christian. They believe if they can encourage enough reaction against Muslims in Europe they will have more fertile soil for radicalisation.I’m not going to claim a wide circle of Muslim friends and my experience may be unrepresentative but those that I know well enough to talk about issues around terrorism include Turks, Pakistanis, Tunisians and Syrians. Without exception their lives and those of their families have been blighted by terrorism in ways far more profound than you and I are ever likely to experience. They have a visceral hatred of the likes of IS that is far deeper than you and I would have. To ask them to apologise for what happened in Rouen would be pointless and insulting and that probably goes for the overwhelming majority of Muslims of all nationalities who live in Europe. Your post on this atrocity is exactly the sort of response that IS wish to provoke by inciting impressionable young men to do this sort of thing. I would urge you to reconsider how you are reacting unless you really want to be their tool. Perhaps you should consider how Father Jacques Hamel would want you to respond.
