Julien Bell and his cronies will stop at nothing to do what they want regardless of their constituents desires and feelings. They then have no shame in self-promotion. Dressing up in whatever outfit the photo-op of the day provides. Remember them on election day.

I took part in this Peer Challenge and made some very serious allegations about Social Services within the borough, all of which seem to have been ignored or brushed under the carpet. Another council P.R. exercise, all whitewash and cover-up.

Comedy gold indeed."The panel also highlighted the council’s ‘impressive’ regeneration programme ....  This included the council’s town centre regeneration work "Is this the same regeneration work that's now been called in for review by the Secretary of State for an unprecedented second time?  At a cost to us tax payers of probably many hundred of thousands of pounds, if not millions.
