Oh and if you are at one end of a CPZ and near something of interest to a number of people, you get lazy people from within your own CPZ driving from their end to park at your end. You also need to make sure that your CPZ will be reviewed after a certain amount of time to see how it is working. We were promised and it didn't happen and then I found out that it was going to happen but guess what - the people who just might have been negative because it was just as bad with a new problem - ie the whole of at least one road - didn't get their questionnaires delivered. After a lot of hassle and phone calls to the Council they eventually arrived.
