Gurnell redevelopment
A bit concerned that such a nice, open, green space will be developed into yet more luxury flats. If they are to fund the sports centre I doubt they will be 'affordable'. Also sceptical about what the average local will really gain from such an expensive project. West London is actually well served with high level sports facilities but its the local, inexpensive and accessible that is always missing. At least as it is now there are plenty of things such as football, skateboarding, playing, running etc that can be done for free on the land as well as the other benefits of green space.
