A Traffic Wardens Mentality & Ealing Councils Advice???

Last week ( Fri 15/04/16) Longfield Ave ironically a UPS parcel van was parked & delivering mail to Dickens Yard.He received a ticket. When questioning the warden & enquiring where was it possible to park, this was answered with a shrug.How can the guy do his job?? Does the warden not realise he needs to deliver, park somewhere & in the long run push up the cost of parcel deliveries.What do the council suggest, the driver said it was a common occurrence, can someone from the council offer guidance????

Would be interesting to know if UPS fine their drivers for picking up tickets or just absorb the cost. If the former the Council are effectively contributing to someone being paid less than the minimum wage.
