Osteria del Portico

From the front page I see the food inspectors have recently given this restaurant a rating of 1 out of 5.  The summary of "The structural compliance - which refers to cleanliness, layout and condition of the building, was rated as very good. The food and hygiene procedures were deemed to be 'fair', but it was the confidence in management which scored lowest." doesn't seem too bad to me. Anyone shed any light on how the assessment and ratings work?

I don't know exactly how their ratings work but I trust their professional judgement. Generally if a place scores anything less than a 3 I do not use it. I do not see the point in rewarding poor catering practice and I certainly do not wish to risk my family's health and wellbeing.
