I wrote a letter of complaint to Ealing Council re: lack of signage and faded painted signage, received a letter back from them, delegating it to another department (typical). I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady at Customer Services (Angie)and explained the problem, she said she would email the relevant parties and raise it as an issue. Lo and behold that very day, a Highways Inspector came out and phoned me to let me know that they would deal with this problem, they just have to repair the road first!!!! It's wonderful when you speak to people within the Council that are willing to help you... Well done Ealing Council
