Learn to grow food & your wellbeing
MindFood's free 6 week ‘Growing Wellbeing’ course has started back up after a short winter break. The course is designed to be a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables whilst becoming more mindful of ways to improve our wellbeing.The course runs on Monday and Friday afternoons from 2pm until 4.30pm.
